Every thing went well! The food is awesome we have never had a bad dish. We love all the sushi rolls, appetizers, soups etc. you can't go wrong. Take out is also amazing. Every dish is plated nicely. When we takeout we are notified when the food is ready so we can plan appropriately. We highly recommend them v

I thought this place was really good. The food was really good. My girlfriend and I agreed that the fish tasted very fresh. I specifically thought the salmon tasted really fresh. The spicy tuna was also very good. The service was great. The server did a good job. The place was packed so that was a good sign. My girlfriend ordered some sort of Sake which was actually really good. I also thought it was cool how they give you hot towels. Id definitely come back again.
Kotobuki in Babylon Village is one of the better sushi restaurants in the area. The complimentary appetizer noodles are delicious. The food, including the expertly prepared sushi, is all excellent. However, the small restaurant fills up quickly, so it's best to arrive early. While parking in the village can be challenging, there is a paid lot in the rear of the restaurant. I highly recommend visiting Kotobuki for an exceptional sushi dining experience.
This is still my go to spot. Hauppauge & Babylon to change up once in a while. There is no other spots that comes close when you order raw fish! Sushi & sashimi I'm not rating cooked meals.
The Food is "Superb" and the Service is right on Spot!!! The Ambiance is so serene! You will Love this Restaurant!!! You have to come here!!! I've been here 2 times already and I'm going again & again!!!! I crave there wonderful menu!!! Trust me, you will be back for more!!!! If they had 10 Stars, I would give them 10 STARS!!!! DELICIOUS!!!
Good, clean, sushi spot in the village of babylon. Came here for dinner on a Saturday, and even though it was crowded, we still got a table rather fast. For an appetizer, we got K-Mac Sliders, which were delicious and probably the best thing of the night. For dinner, we got a chirashi platter, which, was very nice and featured some great fish. They don't list what your getting, which is a little annoying, but the fish was good and fresh. Service was good, and the ambiance is rather basic, but nice.
All these years later this is still consistently the best sushi on the island bar none. It might not have the glitz and trendy music of the newer spots but the food continues to be head and shoulders above the rest. If you're a sushi lover this is where you want to eat, period.
I had a memorable Valentine's Day dinner here. Recently-seated diners were made to feel at home with some towels to cleanse their hands and some sesame noodles to whet their appetite. The service was accommodating and quick. Hands down, Kotobuki wins for one of the best places to go for some fresh, authentic and creatively-prepared sushi. I had the Crazy Salmon hand roll--my go-to order here for over 15 years. Today all women were presented with a single red rose after dinner. Lore says that that gift is symbolic of love at first sight. My experience today at Kotobuki surpassed my expectations. I highly recommend this top-notch sushi place.
